Antarctic Projects

As part of an integrated project for History, Geography and Science students completed a project on Antarctica. We were guided by some interesting inquiry questions: How do animals and plants survive the harsh conditions? What factors or events have influenced Australia's connection to Antarctica? Who owns Antarctica? Is Antarctica in safe hands? Students followed a marking rubric to complete the project and then self-assessed their work. Final assessment was then given and work displayed.
